A few items before you get started...the Name
fields are required. You may wish to Copy and Paste your name after the
first entry to make registration easier.
In order to successful complete your registration, you must include:
1. Your phone number in the registration area and
2. Address, City, State, and Zip Code when completing the PayPal
form.
Please be sure to enter your phone number with
your name so the registrar can contact you if necessary. If you are registering for more than one person
you need to add one item for each person. Please do not
simply change the quantity on the subsequent pages to multiples to
change the amounts. We need the names of attendees for the
registration, meals, lodging and field trips.

COLLEGE CAMPUS LODGING |

Registration Details |

There are three options for on-campus lodging. Bedding and towels are
furnished with all options. Barrier-free rooms can be requested. Check-in
time is 3:00 p.m., and check out time is 11:00 a.m. in all options. No pets
are permitted in the dorms or in the classrooms. The lodging options are:
| 1. Voorhees
Hall, a standard non-air conditioned college dorm. (We recommend
bringing a fan.) These rooms are furnished with two twin beds, and there are
men’s and women’s facilities on each floor. These rooms are available as
either single or double occupancy. |
2. Cook Hall,
the air-conditioned rooms and are furnished with two twin beds.
Two rooms share a common
bathroom. Only a limited number of rooms are available.

3.
Haworth Conference and
Learning Center we are holding a block of rooms for SWMCCC until
June 20.Indicate you are with SWMCCC to get the conference rate. Reservations must be made by calling 1-800-903-9142 no later than
